Order Processing  
All orders are processed within 2–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Policy  
We offer standard shipping within the U.S. and international shipping to select countries. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Beauty By Shy is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

All Sales Are Final  
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders  
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Braidsbyshymoney@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
The braidslayer collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.

Order Changes & Cancellations  
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check your information before completing your purchase.
